At Metropolis Alterations, we are available to help with all your garment altering needs and we strive to provide an accommodating, professional and honest service. Our business operates within the guidelines of our company policies:

• We have a 30-DAY re-do policy ONLY if a customer has the original receipt.

• C/R on the receipt stands for "Customer Request." This signifies the FINAL FITTING for any alterations done on the garment. Another payment will be required if any adjustments are needed.

• We keep all alterations in the store for 90 DAYS and  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THEY ARE NOT PICKED UP.

• Upfront payment is required for all alterations and repairs.
